Abdel-Razzak Natsheh, Minister of the Minstry of Telecommunications & Digital Economy, Palestine, is a digital transformation advocate and Al expert, is actively involved in cultivating Palestine’s startup ecosystem, he has excelled as a professor and board member, showcasing his academic background and managerial skills.

Possessing a PhD in Information Systems specialized in Machine Learning and Computer Vision applications, Abed serves as an assistant professor at An-Najah National University. He plays a crucial role as a key member of the steering committee at lambda Al, machine learning, and analytics laboratory at Northwestern University. In the past 8 years he has led several international and national projects on data product development and reforming strategies related to digitization and digital transformation•
