Arne Koitmäe has a background in law and has been involved with elections administration for 25 years, first as an advisor, then the Head of the Estonian State Electoral Office since 2019. The Office is also responsible for conducting internet voting. Mr Koitmäe believes that voting should be available for everyone. He is cautiously optimistic that technology can help make voting more accessible without making compromises in regards to vote secrecy and elections integrity.
