Vladimir Trajkovik

Vladimir Trajkovik is a member of DIG-ED, a prominent NGO advocating for digital education and the use of ICT in teaching and learning, and a professor at the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, North Macedonia. He has extensive expertise in ICT-based collaboration systems, digital education, and cybersecurity. His academic work includes four books, 16 book chapters, over 100 journal papers, and more than 250 conference papers, with over 4,000 citations and an h-index of 31. In 2024, he was honored as one of the top scientists at his university, with over 100 publications indexed in the Web of Science. Prof. Trajkovik is also deeply involved in the innovation ecosystem. He is a co-founder or partner in four ICT companies, has provided management consultancy for five others, and has mentored nine ICT startups in the past 15 years. His research covers Information Systems Analysis and Design, Distributed Systems, Connected Health, and AI integration in education. In cybersecurity, his focus lies in developing secure distributed architectures for educational and health-related services. He frequently participates as a mentor, lecturer, or judge at ICT, education, and entrepreneurship events, with over 60 such engagements in recent years.
