Her 15-year career spans the intersection of technology, global humanitarian operations, and international development, bringing practical insights on implementing technological innovation and data standards in high-risk environments. 

Having previously led the Africa Department at the Estonian Centre for International Development, Karin brings knowledge of adapting digital ambitions to diverse geopolitical contexts. As Board Chair of the H2H Network, she advocates for global data standards, investment in cybersecurity and resilient digital frameworks that protect vulnerable populations.
