Miguel Angel Lombardo, is FIAP Coordinator of the Project EU4DigitalUA. He holds a PhD in Political Science from the University Complutense of Madrid. He has an extensive career in management and consulting for United Nations, the European Union, NGOs and bilateral governments, and he has worked in post-conflict context in Central America and Subsaharan Africa.
