Martha Mia Männik is one of the first girls to join HK Unicorn Squad. Technology has always been something she’s been curious about. Before that, she had already participated in her school’s robotics group and even competed at Robotex. Encouraged by her mother, she joined the programme and found even more inspiration in discovering how creative the world of technology can be. These experiences have shifted her mindset and shown her how much potential girls have in tech. She believes that with the right support, more girls will choose to shape the future of technology.
HK Unicorn Squad — a tech movement in Estonia that empowers girls by introducing them to engineering, coding, and science through hands-on learning. It is the first technology school in Estonia created exclusively for girls, helping them build confidence, creativity, and real technical skills from an early age.
