Three days in Tallinn planted seeds of collaboration, bold thinking, and future action. And already, they’re starting to grow. On behalf of all of us at e-Governance Academy, a heartfelt thank you for joining us in Tallinn for the 11th edition of our flagship event!
It was a truly remarkable gathering – and one that, we hope, will keep inspiring ideas and action long after the sessions have ended.
This year, almost 600 digital leaders, experts, and policymakers from 85 countries came together with one goal in mind: to explore how digital transformation can deliver real, measurable, lasting value. Not just for governments, but for economies, communities, and individuals.
With 100 speakers from 24 countries and 5 international organisations, this year’s programme invited us to look deeper. Beyond innovation for its own sake, what matters is impact.
We asked what kinds of public investments in digital actually lead to long-term prosperity. We heard how countries are leveraging technology not just to digitise, but to rethink and rewire processes. And we discussed why trust – in data, in institutions, in people – is essential for building future-ready digital societies.
Case studies from across the globe brought these questions to life. From reflections on artificial intelligence to the long-term value of inclusive and proactive digital services, the message was clear across the board. Technology is only as powerful as the goals we set for it.
But one of the defining features of this year’s edition was the sheer quality and amount of interactions among participants. In early coffee chats, afternoon networking clusters. The main hall of the Conference space was alive with the sense that things were happening. Connections being made, projects being born, ideas taking shape.
We all made space for real change and exchange, grounded in shared purpose. And that’s thanks to you all who attended and participated, ever so actively.

Digital transformation can be a driver of resilience, inclusion, and economic strength – but only if we ask the right questions, and collaborate across sectors and borders. This year’s conference has reminded us that we’re not just building digital systems but the foundations for tomorrow’s prosperity.
