Effective digital transformation requires a shared knowledge base and collaboration between experts, government agencies, and businesses. Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation and eGA have established the Digital Competence Center to standardise expertise and accelerate innovation. This session will showcase the Center’s role in removing barriers to digital adoption, developing standards, and integrating AI for better governance. Participants will gain insights into replicable best practices and strategies for cross-sector cooperation.
