Edie Cux García is a lawyer and a notary with a degree in Legal and Social Sciences. He is a promoter of open government with over 10 years of experience in transparency and anti-corruption efforts, analysis of citizen participation policies, constitutional law, public management improvement. He currently serves as the Coordinator and Executive Director of the Presidential Commission on Open and Electronic Government (GAE). His leadership and commitment to the principles of open government are essential to advancing the modernization of the state and promoting transparent and participatory governance in line with President Bernardo Arévalo’s government plan.
