Jose Frederico holds a master degree in Public Policy from Harvard University and a bachelor degree in Engineering from University of Campinas (Unicamp). He has hold several positions in government, including areas of education, economic development and strategic manegement. He served as vice-president of the national council of state secretaries for science, tecnology and innovation (2023-2025).
