Linnar Viik is an Estonian technology expert, entrepreneur, and one of the key architects behind Estonia’s digital society. He co-founded the e-Governance Academy, advising over 40 countries on digital transformation, and played a central role in developing Estonia’s e-government and e-signature systems. Most recently Linnar has been focussed on creation of the immersive art experiences in the region with its pop and contemporary art museum PoCo but also being instrumental in preparing the launch of the AI Leap that integrates AI technologies to Estonian education systems.
